Cozy Braids – Return & Refund Policy

At Cozy Braids, we are committed to providing high-quality braiding services and ensuring every client leaves satisfied. Please review our policy carefully before booking your appointment.

1. No Refund Policy

All services provided by Cozy Braids are non-refundable once completed. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds after the hair has been done.

2. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your hairstyle, you must notify us before leaving the salon so we can make reasonable adjustments.

• Adjustments will only be made on the same day of service
• Requests made after leaving or days later may not be honored

3. Fixes & Adjustments

We offer minor fixes under the following conditions:

• Must be requested within 24 hours of your appointment
• Must relate to issues such as:
  • Loose braids
  • Unfinished sections
  • Obvious styling errors

Fixes will not be provided for:

• Change of mind on style, size, or length
• Improper maintenance after leaving the salon
• Normal wear and tear

4. Deposits & Cancellations

• All booking deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits may only be transferred if cancellation is made at least 24–48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit

5. Late Arrival Policy

• Clients arriving more than 15–20 minutes late may need to reschedule
• This may result in loss of deposit

6. Hair & Preparation

Clients are expected to:

• Arrive with clean, detangled, and product-free hair
• Follow all pre-appointment instructions provided

Failure to do so may result in:

• Additional charges
• Refusal of service without refund

7. Allergies & Sensitivities

Please inform us in advance of any allergies or scalp sensitivities. Cozy Braids is not responsible for reactions if not disclosed prior to service.

8. Respect & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a client behaves inappropriately. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. Pricing Disclaimer

All listed prices are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, size, and style complexity.
