At CozyBraids, we are committed to providing exceptional service while respecting the time of all our clients and stylists. Please review our appointment policy before booking.

Arrival Policy

To ensure your appointment starts on time, clients are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.

Arriving early allows sufficient time for check-in, consultation, and preparation before your service begins.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays can happen. However, if you arrive 30 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, CozyBraids reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule your appointment for another available date and time.
  • Cancel your appointment.
  • Refund your deposit, partially refund it, or apply it toward a future appointment, depending on the circumstances and schedule availability.

If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel an appointment and receive a full refund of their deposit provided the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of the deposit.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice may forfeit their deposit and may be required to make a new deposit before booking future appointments.
