Cozy Braids – Payment Policy

At Cozy Braids, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent payment process for all clients. Please review our payment terms before booking your appointment.


1. Deposit Requirement

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments
  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received
  • The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost

2. Balance Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid 1 hour after the start of your appointment
  • Failure to complete payment within this time may result in service being paused or stopped without refund

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Cash App
  • Zelle

🚫 We do NOT accept PayPal or card payments


4. Pricing Policy

  • All prices listed are starting prices and may increase depending on:
    • Hair length
    • Size (Jumbo, Large, Medium, Small, XSmall)
    • Style complexity
  • Final price will be confirmed before or at the start of the service

5. Late Payments

  • Clients who fail to complete payment on time may have their appointment cancelled or rescheduled
  • Repeated issues with payment may result in refusal of future bookings

6. No Chargebacks Policy

  • By booking with Cozy Braids, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after services have been rendered
  • Any concerns should be addressed directly with us so we can resolve them professionally

7. Tips & Gratuity

  • Tips are not mandatory but highly appreciated
