Cozy Braids – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Cozy Braids. By booking an appointment, using our services, or making a payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment with Cozy Braids, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Payment Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.


2. Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments must be booked in advance
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
  • Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received
  • Walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability but are not guaranteed

3. Payments

  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, Cash App, and Zelle only
  • We do NOT accept PayPal or card payments
  • The remaining balance must be paid 1 hour into the service
  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in service being paused or stopped without refund

4. Pricing

  • All prices listed are starting prices only
  • Final pricing may vary depending on:
    • Hair length
    • Braiding size (Jumbo, Large, Medium, Small, XSmall)
    • Style complexity and time required
  • Final price will be confirmed before or at the start of the service

5. Refund & Adjustments

  • All services are non-refundable once completed
  • Adjustments may only be made if issues are reported before leaving the salon
  • Minor fixes may be offered within 24 hours, depending on the situation

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and refusal of future bookings

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Arrive on time for their appointment
  • Come with clean, detangled, and product-free hair
  • Follow any pre-appointment instructions provided
  • Communicate any allergies or scalp conditions before service

Failure to comply may result in additional charges or refusal of service without refund.


8. Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 15–20 minutes late may need to reschedule
  • This may result in loss of deposit

9. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform Cozy Braids of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities
  • Cozy Braids is not responsible for reactions not disclosed prior to service

10. Right to Refuse Service

Cozy Braids reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client:

  • Is disrespectful or abusive
  • Fails to comply with policies
  • Poses any safety or operational concern

In such cases, no refund will be issued.


11. Chargebacks

By booking with Cozy Braids, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after services have been completed. Any concerns must be resolved directly with us.


12. Policy Updates

Cozy Braids reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on our official platform.
